How to buy branded Custom Products

The custom products range covers items sourced or manufactured to your specification when a stock product does not fit the brief, for example custom colours, shapes or packaging.

The typical MOQ is 250 units or more, and lead times are 4 to 8 weeks depending on production. Branding is built into the production process, so the method is agreed as part of the specification.

Because these items are made to order, a sample or pre-production sample is recommended before the bulk run is approved. Custom and made to order goods are non-returnable and are only replaced if found to be defective.

Prices shown are for the unbranded product and exclude VAT; branding and setup are quoted separately. Branded orders carry a minimum order value, typically R1,000 excluding VAT.

To quote, send us a brief with the product type, quantity, size, colours, branding and your deadline, plus vector artwork if you have it. Your Account Manager comes back with a quote, sample plan and timeline.

Questions about branded custom products

No. Displayed prices are for the unbranded product only and exclude VAT. Branding (decoration and setup) is quoted separately based on the method, number of colours and positions you choose, and your Account Manager confirms the full cost on your formal quote.

Most products have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) shown on the product page. Branded orders carry a minimum order value, typically R1,000 excluding VAT.

Lead times depend on the branding method, quantity and stock availability. As a guide, pad and screen print take 7 to 10 working days, embroidery 10 to 14, digital transfer 5 to 7 and sublimation 10 to 14. Your Account Manager confirms exact lead times on your quote.

Yes. Branded or unbranded samples can be arranged for most products. Speak to your JIMBU Account Manager and they will organise samples relevant to your shortlist.
